Nadine Henry, Psy.D.

Founder & Director

Vocational Evaluator

Dr. Nadine Henry is a Clinical Psychologist and Licensed School Psychologist with extensive experience conducting psychological and vocational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. She is also certified by the state of Florida as a Vocational Evaluator and serves as the Founder and Director of Brighter Day Psychological Services.

 

Dr. Henry has been appointed to the Fifth Judicial Circuit Expert Witness and Competency Panel, where she conducts psychological evaluations related to competency to stand trial and provides expert testimony when appropriate. She has also served on Guardianship Examining Committees in the Ninth and Fifth Judicial Circuits, evaluating alleged incapacitated individuals.

 

Through Brighter Day Psychological Services, Dr. Henry leads a team committed to delivering thorough, objective, and ethically grounded evaluations that support schools, courts, agencies, and families throughout Central Florida.

Chantal provides thoughtful, comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood. Her work is grounded in empathy, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for each client’s unique background and needs. She specializes in developmental, academic, vocational, and diagnostic assessments and brings over two decades of experience in psychological and educational evaluation. Chantal is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University and is both a Certified and Licensed School Psychologist in the state of Florida.

She is a Nationally Certified and Licensed School Psychologist and Vocational Evaluator with a calm, thorough approach grounded in real-world application, giving clients the clarity they need to move forward with confidence. She specializes in identifying learning differences, ADHD, executive-function challenges, and vocational strengths, offering evaluations that are practical, understandable, and immediately useful. Whether evaluating a child’s learning profile, supporting a teen through transition planning, or helping an adult identify workplace strengths, Christina focuses on precision, privacy, and empowerment. Her goal is simple: to provide meaningful insights that help people learn, work, and thrive.

Vocational Evaluator 

Natacha provides comprehensive psychological and vocational evaluations for children and adults, supporting educational planning, emotional well-being, and long-term success. She is a Licensed School Psychologist, Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and Vocational Evaluator with more than 17 years of experience delivering thoughtful, thorough assessments. Her work includes comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations encompassing academic, behavioral, and cognitive assessments. Natacha brings a collaborative approach grounded in trust, insight, and respect, and she is highly regarded by students, parents, and colleagues for fostering meaningful relationships and supportive learning environments. She also provides bilingual evaluations for Haitian Creole-speaking individuals and families. Natacha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Counselor Education, and an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Born in Saint Louis Du Nord, Haiti, and raised in Orlando, Florida, she brings a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and is committed to partnering with families, educators, and communities to support the academic and emotional growth of those she serves.

Maria specializes in clinical psychology, neuropsychological assessment, and vocational evaluation, providing comprehensive psychological and vocational services to individuals and families across medical, clinical, and employment settings. With over two decades of experience, she is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and compassionate approach, and is deeply committed to supporting clients through evidence-based assessment and care. In her current role, she conducts psychological and vocational evaluations, completing multiple assessments weekly with timely and accurate report turnaround. She collaborates closely with psychologists, service coordinators, and vocational rehabilitation teams to ensure each evaluation is clinically sound and responsive to the referral question. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to culturally responsive assessment practices that effectively serve diverse populations. Her professional background includes extensive experience in neuropsychological testing, cognitive and personality assessment, clinical interviewing, treatment planning, documentation, and vocational guidance. She has worked in hospitals, private practice, and community-based settings, including leadership roles involving interdisciplinary collaboration and supervision of psychology trainees. Her broad clinical foundation allows her to approach each evaluation with depth, precision, and practical insight.

Vocational Evaluator 

Victoria specializes in comprehensive psychological and behavioral evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults with neurodevelopmental and learning differences. She is dedicated to helping individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered through strengths-based, diagnostic-informed assessment that clarifies needs and guides effective intervention across the lifespan. She brings over 15 years of experience in school and behavioral health settings, supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, executive-function challenges, and related social and behavioral concerns. In her current role, she conducts psychological assessments, promotes social–emotional and behavioral development, and collaborates closely with families, educators, and community partners to design meaningful, individualized supports. Victoria earned her Specialist in Education degree in School Psychology and Master of Arts degree in Psychology from The Citadel, completed a Behavior Analyst Graduate Certificate at the Florida Institute of Technology, and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Florida. Her training integrates psychological assessment, academic and behavioral intervention, and collaborative consultation across school and clinical settings. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. She strives to create a warm, affirming environment where clients and families feel heard and respected, pairing practical, actionable strategies with empathy and insight to foster resilience, enhance mental health, and support long-term growth.

Camila specializes in psychological and vocational assessment for children and adults with developmental, neurological, and psychological concerns. As a Psychometrist and Vocational Evaluator at Brighter Day Psychological Services, she provides comprehensive evaluations that are culturally responsive, developmentally informed, and grounded in ethical assessment practices. She holds a Master of Science in Experimental and Clinical Psychology and is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve diverse populations. She has experience working with children with cerebral palsy and developmental disorders, as well as adults on the autism spectrum, delivering assessment services in clinical settings, schools, and clients’ homes. Her professional interests include examining how symptom presentation influences the timing and accuracy of diagnosis in developmental disorders across the lifespan. She is committed to supporting comprehensive psychological and vocational evaluations through careful data collection, thoughtful clinical interpretation, and collaborative care.
